Very easy (and cheap) to do! I bought this glass jar from Joann fabric, I think it was a couple bucks, and the white flower arrangement filler (in the isle with the fake flower arranging stuff). I believe it was around $5 but of course I always use a coupon. The filler keeps my brushes standing up nice and straight. Thanks to Enkore for the idea!

Cool! Are those teeny tiny little beads or is it the styrofoam?

i did something similar with a square short vase and some white BB pellets. I got both for under 6 or 7 dollars, and the BBs are heavy enough that the brushes stand up straight. now i can always find the brush i need right away, and they look nice just sitting out on the counter.

    Jenna,
They are like little acrylic beads from any craft store. They are pretty tiny.

I think I know what you are talking about. When I went to the salon on Saturday, they had a cup full of those tiny beads and pens in it. What a sweet idea to use them to hold brushes!
